What it is
A three-piece kit with a pair of five-blade herb scissors, a pair of heavy-duty kitchen shears and a flat herb stripper with graded holes.
Why it’s weird
The stripper is a plate full of holes: you pull a sprig of thyme or kale through the right-sized hole and the leaves fall right off.
Who it’s for
Herb gardeners and cooks who strip a lot of rosemary, thyme and kale.
